Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze user-generated content, including profiles, audio, video, and text, to identify and address issues flagged by users or the system.
- Investigate, escalate, and/or resolve content-related issues in accordance with platform guidelines and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong emotional resilience and coping abilities to manage the psychological demands of content moderation.
- Adhere to legal and regulatory standards designed to prevent illegal financial activities, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
- Participate actively in Accenture’s well-being support programs specifically designed for Trust & Safety professionals, promoting both individual and collective well-being.
- Understand and apply laws, guidelines, and procedures that support ethical financial practices and prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures while working on clearly defined tasks under close supervision.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a narrowly defined scope of work, primarily interacting with the immediate team and supervisor.
- Solve routine problems by referring to standard procedures and guidelines.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.

- Excellent comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content review and classification.
- Comfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple data sources to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in critical thinking and sound decision-making, particularly in evaluating complex content scenarios.
- Skilled in reviewing, classifying, and/or removing content in accordance with client guidelines using designated tools and systems.
- Ability to understand and stay updated on evolving client policies and content moderation guidelines.
- Capable of investigating and resolving content-related issues, and escalating them appropriately to the Trust and Safety team.
