Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data and analytics solutions based on large datasets collected from Operational Applications, supporting both the Technology Division and the broader enterprise.
- Design and implement high-performance algorithms and advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from big data.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly workflows that enable stakeholders to interact with data effectively and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Program Office/Program Operations to ensure analytics solutions align with strategic business goals.
- Continuously optimize data processes and tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of analytics solutions across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess strong knowledge of data engineering, including expertise in ETL architecture and data modeling.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure the delivery of clean, accessible data for analytical use.
- Demonstrate proficiency in performance tuning for databases, ETL processes, and SQL scripts.
- Skilled in using enterprise monitoring and metrics tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Domo, SSMS, and other BI-related platforms.
- Exhibit a data-driven, analytical mindset with a proven track record in solving complex problems.
- Experienced in working within Agile methodologies and development environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experienced in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to minimize and prevent consumer downtime.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
