Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an improvement mindset by identifying and defining less obvious issues or problems, and actively contributes to brainstorming sessions aimed at resolving them.
- Brings clarity and structure to undefined or large-scale problems, applying systemic thinking and creativity to develop effective solution options.
- Assesses the relative costs, benefits, and challenges of potential solutions prior to implementation.
- Communicates complex information in a clear, meaningful, and structured manner tailored to the audience.
- Understands the Group’s strategic priorities, business drivers, competitive landscape, and risk/reward considerations to deliver strategically aligned solutions.
- Challenges small-scale business decisions that lack alignment with the Group’s commercial strategy.
- Anticipates potential issues and risks, taking swift and effective action to mitigate them.
- Proactively identifies risks to service or performance and addresses them early; manages review processes to detect and resolve quality issues.
- Builds strong working relationships with internal analysis and design teams, as well as with external delivery partners.
- Serves as a subject matter expert across multiple projects or programs, guiding teams on requirements gathering, design, change, and implementation approaches.
- Conducts ad-hoc business research and analysis tasks related to the scope of a program or project.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in transformation skills including business analysis (BA), process mapping, data analysis, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experienced in Agile ways of working, with hands-on exposure to tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, data, operations, and other domains.
- Strong capabilities in business analysis, requirements gathering, and applying effective design techniques.
- Knowledgeable in change management and implementation management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiar with basic business process reengineering concepts and techniques.
- Possess domain knowledge in Asset Management, with related exposure to Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.
- Experienced in using SQL, Tableau, and Python for data-driven analysis and insights.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles on complex, cross-country or multi-regional projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry, with specific functional expertise across business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting.
- Experienced in managing change adoption processes, including planning and implementing interventions to support smooth transitions and embedding changes into business-as-usual operations—from requirements gathering to communications and end-user training.
- Exposure to transformation change design and initiation (D&I) activities is an added advantage.
- Skilled in gathering requirements and leading design efforts on projects spanning business, operations, and technology domains.
