Key Responsibilities:
- Collect operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to support business planning, process improvements, and solution assessments.
- Recommend strategic actions for future growth opportunities and suggest enhancements to operational policies and procedures.
- Engage in exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, as well as qualitative analysis, to support business insights.
- Translate data into meaningful consumer or customer behavior insights to inform targeting and segmentation strategies, and clearly communicate findings to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by researching and evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to build, implement, monitor, and optimize decision-making strategies.
- Assess risks appropriately during business decision-making by upholding the firm’s reputation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adhering to company policies, exercising ethical judgment, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.

Preferred Skills:
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
