Key Responsibilities:
- AI Implementation:
Implement artificial intelligence solutions to automate business tasks, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency. - Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze large datasets using Python and data science methodologies to uncover meaningful insights, patterns, and trends. - Model Development:
Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges and support data-driven decision-making. - Data Collection and Cleaning:
Gather data from various sources, ensure its accuracy and completeness, and perform data cleaning and preprocessing to eliminate errors, duplicates, and irrelevant information. Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python for effective data manipulation. - Statistical Analysis and Interpretation:
Perform statistical analysis using tools like R, SAS, and Tableau to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights. Communicate findings clearly to support strategic decisions. - Reporting and Visualization:
Develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Create charts, dashboards, and graphs to present complex data in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders. - Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and IT to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Translate technical findings into easy-to-understand insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Predictive Modelling and Forecasting:
Build and apply predictive models and forecasting techniques using machine learning algorithms and statistical methods. Utilize tools such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn to anticipate future trends and outcomes. - Compliance and Adaptability:
Adhere to the terms of the employment contract, company policies, and directives, including but not limited to work location transfers, team or shift changes, flexible work arrangements, and evolving business requirements. Remain adaptable to policy changes at the company’s discretion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Python Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Python programming, including hands-on experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, as well as machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
