Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth analytical support to business stakeholders by continuously mining data for insights that drive operational improvements. Conduct research from problem definition through to execution and highlight potential concerns to senior management based on findings.
- Evaluate the impact of business strategies and clearly communicate analytical outcomes to support senior-level decision-making. Perform advanced qualitative and quantitative analyses, including sophisticated modeling, to transform raw data into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on data for the supported business area, with a strong understanding of dataset structures, data quality, and appropriate analytical applications. Assess and document existing metrics and data models, recommending improvements to enhance Autodesk’s overall data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify key questions and determine the best analytical approach to address them. Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Create compelling data-driven narratives by leveraging reporting tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint. Translate analytical results into meaningful stories that effectively communicate what is happening in the business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis software for data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive experience using Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to communicate insights effectively.
- Proficient in data storytelling and presenting insights using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Skilled in programming with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experienced in writing complex SQL queries and working with large, structured datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
