Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding date changes in the Payroll Dashboard as part of the Data Maintenance team.
- Process employee life cycle updates, including changes to individual employee records.
- Support MIS activities related to headcount reconciliation, payroll processing, and annual compensation load.
- Coordinate and review onboarding date changes for new hires to ensure accurate system updates.
- Oversee the processing of employee separations, salary continuations, and internal transfers, while managing recovery of dues related to loans and reimbursements from separated employees.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees or HR, and possess a clear understanding of basic payroll transactions and organizational terminology.
- Perform routine responsibilities in accordance with defined instructions, guidelines, and established procedures.
- Accurately compute Full and Final Settlements for separated employees, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team, general ledger accounting team, and FTP/Payroll team on scheduled tasks and deliverables.
- Identify and flag exceptions in data submissions from HR colleagues and ensure mathematical accuracy in records.
- Ensure strict adherence to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance standards and data protection guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Finance.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience or 0–2 years of general work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ranging from basic to advanced functions.
- Familiarity with SAP HR systems and accounting software packages.
- Experience in payroll processing, data analysis, and preparation of management reports.
- Solid understanding of business operations, terminology, financial policies, and internal control procedures.
- Demonstrates integrity, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to maintaining data privacy.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues arising from non-standard transactions and processes.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and client-oriented environment.
- Proficient in basic word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to document and report work clearly and concisely.
- Typing speed of 45–50 words per minute with data entry accuracy of 7,000 keystrokes per hour and an error rate of 5% or less.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation.
