Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions by writing efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant datasets.
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify the underlying drivers of customer support interactions and highlight process, product, or operational gaps.
- Identify and propose opportunities to enhance the customer experience using data-driven insights to support long-term strategic improvements.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and flag anomalies that require stakeholder attention.
- Deliver actionable insights through effective storytelling and data visualization that support data-informed decision-making.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and actively mentor peers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical approaches.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business questions into clear analytical solutions.
- Expertise in writing efficient SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for conducting data analysis and automating routine tasks.
- Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations using Looker Studio and Tableau.
- Solid skills in using G-Suite tools for collaboration and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and present data-driven insights with impact.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for data storytelling to support informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for process and performance improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Educational background in Statistics or a strong grasp of statistical methodologies.
- Experience in designing and conducting A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-paced environments.
