Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers to provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders using analytics.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific business units or functions, addressing financial issues and supporting key initiatives with valuable insights.
- Provide inputs for the monthly review of expenses and capital during budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze variances using operational analytics.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports such as forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes and develop in-depth knowledge of business operations.
- Support business functions by closing financial books, analyzing trends and variances, and developing forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and reporting standards, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of both internal and external financial reports.
- Apply foundational finance principles and contribute to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular progress updates and highlighting challenges.
- Support high-priority projects under guidance, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and share information through standardized reporting formats.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may also be considered.
- Typically possess 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
