Key Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-group requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements accurately.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support the implementation of controls and quality assurance processes.
- Identify and assist with cut-over and implementation activities during project execution.
- Trace and link business requirements to the future state solution design.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users during the execution of UAT.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a relevant Business Analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Demonstrate a highly analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Have hands-on experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques.
- Hold a background in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT function.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
