Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and enrich account data at the industry and sub-industry level to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify new accounts and prospects by leveraging external data sources aligned with the company’s target audience and growth strategies.
  • Focus on high-priority industries by performing market research, account discovery, deduplication, and tiering to identify and prioritize key accounts.
  • Conduct comprehensive profiling of key accounts by analyzing technology stack, financial metrics, account footprint, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide ad-hoc data intelligence support by generating custom reports and actionable insights to assist the Sales and Strategy organization.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and potential growth areas by mapping customer lookalikes through data analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau for extracting and visualizing insights.
  • Experienced in working with CRM platforms like Salesforce for account management and discovery.
  • Skilled in utilizing external data sources and data enrichment tools for enhancing account intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and derive actionable business insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting data insights and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Holds a relevant degree or possesses equivalent experience, including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, or prior job roles.
