Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all matters related to their accounts and the product.
- Assist customers consistently across multiple communication channels such as email, phone, online presentations, and screen-sharing sessions to resolve product-related concerns.
- Accurately document all identified issues and recommend appropriate solutions for resolution.
- Take ownership of client-raised issues and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Monitor and track compliance with established processes and service standards.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in technology and security relevant to the product and client operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a final year B.Tech degree in Engineering with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, start-up work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is considered an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the Cyber Security domain is a plus.
