Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with research scientists and cross-functional team members to support research initiatives in foundational models, recommender systems, and related areas.
- Identify patterns and perform data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights.
- Develop, implement, and validate new algorithms through coding and rigorous testing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in the field.
Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.x.
- Solid understanding of Deep Learning concepts with a self-driven learning approach.
- Proficient in using PyTorch or TensorFlow, with the ability to quickly reproduce results from GitHub repositories.
- Experience in research, including reading academic papers and efficiently implementing open-source codebases.
Preferred skills:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and related research.
- Prior experience working with recommendation systems.
- Ability to conduct rapid and comprehensive literature surveys for specific research topics.
