Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics aimed at creating a best-in-class digital user experience and maximizing acquisition outcomes.
- Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively monitor the performance of acquisition experiences.
- Support the design and development of new products and digital capabilities.
- Provide analytical readouts of new product or feature launches, uncovering insights and learnings to optimize the user journey.
- Develop a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms to ensure analytical insights are both relevant and actionable.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong programming skills are preferred, with hands-on experience in Big Data languages such as Hive and Spark, as well as Python and SQL.
- Experience in processing and handling large datasets; foundational understanding of data science concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex, unstructured business problems and communicate key insights clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques, including experimentation and hypothesis testing, regression analysis, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
