Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business teams and application engineers to define product requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to bring clarity and develop robust solutions for medium to complex business challenges.
- Design solutions for moderately complex scenarios and work closely with lead Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on the design of more complex systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including system solution designs, configurations, test strategies, test plans, and issue resolution logs.
- Promote continuous product improvement by partnering with business teams and lead BSAs to contribute to and influence product roadmaps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Have hands-on experience in building integrated systems across the full lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Completed an internship or full-time role involving the design and implementation of supply chain systems.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with database technologies, both standalone and cloud-based, with the ability to extract and manipulate data using basic SQL queries.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, estimate, and resolve business challenges, especially in situations involving variable factors.
- Proficient in defining and implementing best practices related to solution design, development, systems configuration, testing, issue documentation, and resolution.
- Good understanding of software development, build, and deployment processes, with the capability to collaborate closely with developers.
- Ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with development teams.
