Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Software Engineers to develop software modules and applications using Visual Studio, .NET, and Python technologies.
- Design and execute test cases in Python to validate software models and modules.
- Research and explore bioinformatics applications related to Cell Painting and contribute insights to enhance algorithms using Python.
- Work on image processing tasks, including testing and evaluating Cell Painting algorithm models developed in Python.
- Integrate algorithm models with PCA product line instrument software applications and modules.
- Assist Senior Developers in preparing technical documentation, reproducing and fixing defects, and writing both manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct test executions to ensure software quality and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Proficiency Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming with C#, Python, and Visual Studio IDE using .NET.
- Experience in developing automation test cases using C# MS Tests or Python.
- Knowledge of image processing libraries in Python, such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and PyAutoGUI.
- Ability to integrate Python models with .NET technologies, including C# and WPF.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest and willingness to build a career in software development and coding.
Preferred Skills:
- Aspiration to work with advanced technologies, including Python, C#, WPF, .NET, and image processing models.
- Familiarity with various development tools, frameworks, and debugging techniques is preferred.
