Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data for manually instructed volumes on a monthly basis, including reviewing faxed or emailed instructions.
- Ensure the timely completion of data sets within specified deadlines.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data sets using pivot tables and various formulas.
- Effectively manage time to accommodate one-off requests while meeting standard deadlines.
- Assist management with ad-hoc queries and provide coverage during vacations or absences.
- Maintain strong and effective working relationships with business partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas for data analysis.
- Experience handling manually instructed transactions, such as security, cash, or FX transactions received via fax or email.
- Willingness to ask questions and quickly learn new concepts.
- Ability to independently expand knowledge by exploring concepts and seeking additional examples when time permits.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Background in financial services with experience in processing various types of transactions.
- Knowledge of Macro, VBA, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication and internal relationship management skills.
