Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements management processes and design detailed business solutions and structures based on business needs, constructively challenging business intent when necessary.
- Identify areas of impact on the target operating model and design activities to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the design and delivery phases.
- Utilize financial skills to develop a high-level business case, considering investment needs and projected benefits.
- Oversee change implementation activities, including business readiness assessment, implementation pilot (approach, checklists), and actual implementation (status reporting and issue resolution).
- Manage change communication, training, and development to guide stakeholders through the commitment curve.
- Support process reengineering efforts, providing detailed guidance on process design while considering risk, cost, and end-to-end impacts.
- Assist programme management by conducting impact assessments for change requests, evaluating effects on design, scope, timeline, budget, and effort, while providing accurate estimates for handling new requirements and design modifications.
- Support project and programme resourcing activities, assigning tasks and objectives to other analysts within the project or programme.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile techniques.
- Excellent understanding of group structures, processes, and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
- Experience in process management and re-engineering, with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Proficiency in change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
- Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Exposure to business case development with a solid understanding of how design enablers contribute to business benefits.
- Strong experience in delivering change to diverse audiences and managing implementation across banking environments, including branches, contact centers, trading floors, operations, and head office functions.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with strong judgment skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Experience in managing resources through effective communication, delegation, and planning, with the ability to motivate and lead teams using appropriate management styles.
- Proven ability to work across multiple regions while maintaining a global perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
