Position Description:
- Possess a basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
- Exhibit some exposure to scripting or automation tools, including PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Work effectively as a team player, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
- Show enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Maintain flexibility to work in client-specific time zones as required.
