Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to solve business problems by applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct periodic planning and review key performance metrics to drive improvements and adapt to change.
- Identify appropriate metrics to track progress toward business objectives.
- Design, execute, and measure experiments to validate business hypotheses.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-service platforms.
- Develop data-driven narratives and business insights aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to enhance data accuracy through continuous feedback and improvements in instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.
