Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Support the evaluation and launch of new product opportunities from concept to production.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate and refine customer requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of technical documents, samples, and prototypes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and business assumptions.
- Prepare and submit production quotes while securing customer commitments.
Product Costing & Analysis:
- Cost Calculation: Analyze and calculate cable assembly costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cost Reduction: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor actual versus budgeted costs, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements in costing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
