Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS), accounting, and relevant Profit & Loss (P&L) line items, implementing automation solutions where needed.
- Conduct variance analysis for revenue and expenses, identifying and reporting the causes of variances.
- Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Enhance and implement processes by developing a thorough understanding of the business and analyzing underlying data.
- Coordinate and support due diligence, internal audits, and statutory audit assignments.
- Manage accounts receivables and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Inter CA, BCom, or MBA with 1+ years of experience in finance and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and a basic understanding of MIS.
- Familiarity with taxation, including GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.
- Understanding of statutory and tax audits is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
