Key Responsibilities for Technology Specialist Apprenticeship:
- Apply foundational technical knowledge of architecture solutions to meet business and IT requirements while resolving identified technical constraints.
- Utilize technology expertise to build demo scenarios or use cases that highlight how technology addresses business problems.
- Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) or partner by identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights with internal teams.
- Collaborate with others to develop proposals for viable solutions using specific technical products.
- Demonstrate basic technical concepts and validate design solutions through collaborative design sessions with customers or partners.
- Participate in discussions on architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization to enable production deployment and enhance customer/partner usage, consumption, and value outcomes.
- Leverage development opportunities, such as mentorships, role-based resources, training sessions, and internal events (e.g., Ready, Build, Ignite), to gain expertise in new technologies or services.
Key Responsibilities for Technology Consultant Apprenticeship:
Data Governance and Integration
- Implement data governance frameworks using tools like Azure Purview to ensure data consistency, compliance, and security.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accurate and efficient consolidation for analytics purposes.
- Work with various data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV, XML) and ensure compatibility with analytical tools.
Design and Build Analytical Solutions
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting solutions to support business analytics use cases.
- Create schemas and metadata for effective organization and discovery of data across storage systems.
- Apply data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) to design optimized structures for business intelligence and reporting.
Optimize and Manage Data Workflows
- Analyze and resolve data governance and quality issues to ensure reliability in analytics workflows.
- Optimize data flows for reporting by implementing caching, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and security measures to protect sensitive information.
Implement and Validate Analytical Dashboards

- Review and analyze client agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and management plans.
- Stay updated on the latest changes, procedures, and practices related to service requests and gather sufficient information from customers to understand the nature of their problems.
- Implement and adhere to SLAs by logging tickets, capturing incident details, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform initial diagnosis of issues based on customer-provided information and implement appropriate solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain various software tools and applications, including MS Office, databases, and CRM systems.
- Utilize remote troubleshooting tools to resolve technical issues and provide support to end users.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
- Access and leverage the organization’s knowledge base to identify solutions and workarounds for service requests and incidents.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Students pursuing a B.E. or B.Tech degree in circuital branches with a Year of Passing (YOP) in 2025.
- Must not have any active backlogs at the time of application.

- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in analytical thinking and presentation delivery.

- Certification in Change Management methodologies, such as Prosci.
