Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily customer and vendor creation and modification tasks for third-party and intra-company requests.
- Process emergency requests as applicable, ensuring timely resolution.
- Contact requestors to resolve discrepancies and provide assistance to the team as needed for Siemens Business Units.
- Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Apply analytical skills to address and resolve queries.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure proper accounting and controls are implemented for all processing activities.
- Maintain accuracy in master data management for customer and vendor creation and modification requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Utilize various applications and ERP systems to perform assigned tasks.
- Exhibit knowledge of quality methodologies to enhance processing standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with a relevant academic background.
- Flexible to work night shifts or early morning shifts as required.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing complexity in tasks and processes effectively.
- Exhibit a professional and service-oriented attitude.
- Display a strong sense of ownership and accountability in work responsibilities.
