Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to enhance overall quality, testing processes, and practices, including automation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for test automation, tooling, and quality management processes to ensure delivered features meet product requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the organization’s test strategy and approach.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, including security and performance testing.
- Research and evaluate test tools, methodologies, and industry trends to upgrade and optimize existing practices and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years of industry experience in software quality management.
- Proficient in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression testing.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of quality management principles and Scrum methodologies.
- Embrace the Agile process with the ability to take ownership of work and collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable to new challenges and evolving technology stacks with strong creative problem-solving skills.
