Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and merchants to identify potential risks or fraud and take immediate corrective actions.
- Handle transaction discrepancies and disputes raised by customers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with partner banks and the Cyber Cell to manage chargebacks and customer disputes, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing financial losses.
- Communicate with merchants and customers to understand and address their queries and concerns effectively.
- Provide innovative suggestions to improve processes and reduce risks, aiming to minimize monetary losses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Familiarity with risk management software or data analysis tools, such as SQL, R, or Python, is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer support applications or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to accurately gather, interpret, and analyze data.
