Key Responsibilities:
- Review, classify, and/or remove content in compliance with client guidelines using designated tools and channels.
- Stay informed and updated on changes to client policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and adapt to any updates in policies and processes.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues and communicate findings to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and propose solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for professional development.
- Engage in conversations on socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety.
- Actively participate in well-being activities.
- Consistently achieve efficiency levels as established by business standards.
