Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and high-quality service to the business.
- Complete allocated premium processing tasks with accuracy and within established timelines.
- Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when encountering challenges or uncertainties in completing assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and personal development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Contribute to achieving service delivery goals by adhering to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Comply with all company policies, risk management protocols, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
- Successfully complete assigned training and assessment programs provided by the Compliance and Training Departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and its role in supporting businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, handling diverse subject matter and business operations effectively.
