Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, texts, and chats to provide assistance and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions, resolve issues, and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
- At least 1 year of experience using help desk software such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Proficiency in both phone-based and chat-based customer service.
- Neutral accent for clear and effective communication.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Flexibility to work during EST hours.
