Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manual test cases for new features and enhancements, and automate them as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for the entire application.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead QA, software engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts to triage and resolve reported software issues.
- Analyze application logs to identify root causes of reported issues.
- Execute both automated and manual test cases while accurately documenting test outcomes.
- Maintain repositories and testing practices in alignment with the latest industry standards and advancements.
- Identify test cases suitable for automation and implement them to enhance automation coverage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficient in functional testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with database access tools for reviewing test results.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills are a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile-Scrum development process.
- Preferred knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High energy, proactive, and approachable personality with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
