Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data collection systems using SharePoint, including developing innovative solutions to address ad hoc data requests, supporting project and process improvements.
- Oversee the design and management of the team’s SharePoint site to ensure effective data organization and accessibility.
- Conduct data analytics by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights; develop dashboard solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to provide actionable insights.
- Manage evaluation processes by creating and scheduling online surveys for learning programs and events, deploying surveys, monitoring completion, and conducting follow-ups as required.
- Analyze survey data, and prepare high-quality reports featuring data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
- Provide support for various tasks and activities within the team, including program management, platform and documentation management, and fulfilling other ad hoc requests as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or equivalent experience in a corporate environment (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in survey creation, including designing SharePoint-based surveys for effective data collection and reporting.
- Skilled in using SharePoint forms and lists, Nintex forms and workflows, MS InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer workflows to support automation initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools, with expertise in data handling, manipulation, analysis, summarization, and reporting using Tableau and Power BI; experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality, content-rich deliverables.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in automation technologies and AI-based solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Eager to expand technology and systems skills through hands-on learning, with a demonstrated interest in leveraging new technologies.
- Possesses a consulting mindset and customer service orientation, with the ability to work effectively under time constraints.
