Key Responsibilities:
- Apply commercial and financial rigor to deal structuring and shaping as a Deal Analyst.
- Support the Sales Team in understanding client requirements and developing compelling, competitive propositions for clients.
- Optimize financial elements, including cash and margin, throughout the bidding process while ensuring adherence to internal financial compliance rules and transparent disclosure of risks.
- Collaborate with bid team members on financial aspects, including business case (Bcase), path to win (P2W), cost structure, client pricing models and calculations, financial terms and conditions optimization, and stakeholder interactions with Capgemini contributors or clients.
- Provide independent financial reviews or advisory on bids outside direct remit, contributing to best practices and continuous improvement in pre-sales financial awareness within the broader Finance and Pre-sales communities.
- Operate at a Junior to Mid-Junior level in a Finance support/professional role, specializing in supporting small to medium-sized finance exercises.
- Develop specialized finance skills and potentially manage others as expertise grows.
- Manage working relationships with stakeholders in supported business areas, acting on own initiative while under supervision as needed.
