Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with implementation teams and key stakeholders across multiple projects to support application development and solution architecture.
- Serve as the primary resource for helping customers and partners understand the application of the Mendix platform for complex business processes and solutions.
- Advise customers on optimal positioning of the Mendix platform within their organization.
- Analyze internal or external business challenges, recommending best practices and effective solutions.
- Lead by example, mentoring developers and guiding them in the craft of development.
- Define and uphold high-quality Mendix application standards, establishing clear development guidelines.
- Maintain developer engagement throughout project lifecycles, fostering team cohesion and motivation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help customers find the most suitable solution, even if it’s not the obvious one.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives and enterprise architects to designers and developers.
- Proactively engage with other teams, promoting alignment and continuous improvement across projects.
- Act as a role model of excellence, mentoring junior colleagues and becoming a reference for other employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline in Information Technology.
- Professional expertise in software development.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates a collaborative and positive attitude.
- Proven experience in application development and operations.
- Proficient in API integration.
