Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong expertise in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and statistics to develop next-generation ML-based solutions for improving ad recommendations and optimizing campaign performance.
- Analyze and extract valuable insights from Swiggy’s vast historical data to identify and propose solutions for business and customer experience (CX) challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers (PMs), and analysts to define detailed requirements, design technical solutions, and implement end-to-end inference systems at Swiggy’s scale.
- Stay updated on the latest research in areas such as Ads Bidding algorithms and Recommendation Systems, and apply them to Swiggy’s problem domains.
- Present and communicate your work to both technical and non-technical audiences in internal and external forums.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, with 0-2 years of experience in the industry or research labs.
Preferred skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and devise solutions from first principles.
- Hands-on experience applying machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and statistical techniques to solve business problems.
- Proficiency in working with big data and deploying ML/DL models to production (preferred).
- Expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and TensorFlow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the e-commerce and logistics domain is a strong advantage.
