Key Responsibilities:
- Redefine customer experiences for insurers while driving innovation and sustainable growth by transforming into an intelligent operating model.
- Leverage advisory, technology, and operations expertise, along with a global ecosystem, to deliver insurance transformation solutions.
- Address the complexities of the evolving insurance environment with a flexible operating model tailored to various market segments.
- Collect end-to-end claims data and develop business solutions that support the entire claims lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration, provider reimbursement (healthcare), subrogation, and recovery.
- Request individual policy filings when required and prepare policy writing instructions for Shared Services and premium billing.
- Manage bureau critiques on assigned accounts and follow up with brokers to resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare reinsurance documents for underwriting and provide support with reinsurance quotes.
- Define insurance policies, calculate premiums, and establish terms and conditions for property insurance.
- Support the underwriting team in raising investment capital on behalf of corporations and governments issuing equity or debt securities.
- Perform credit analysis, assess creditworthiness, and contribute to credit underwriting, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation.
- Apply expertise in residential and mortgage underwriting, government-sponsored loans, and pre-purchase reviews where applicable.
- Solve routine problems using established guidelines, with moderate to detailed instructions provided for daily tasks and new assignments.
- Interact primarily with your team and direct supervisor, making decisions that impact your individual work.
- Contribute as an individual team member with a focused and predetermined scope of work.
- Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
