Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various applications within the IT Tools team, based in Bangalore.
- Learn and execute different operating procedures with strict adherence to the defined processes, ensuring no deviations.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while following the SOPs to achieve operational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./ B. Tech (CS, IS, EC, EEE) / MCA/ MS / BSc (CS, IT).
- 0-12 months of IT industry experience.
- 60% aggregate in the highest qualification (no backlogs).
Personal Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in an international environment.
- Comfortable with remote communication tools such as shared code, documents, forums, phone, chat, and e-mail.
- Positive attitude towards learning new technologies.
- Proficient in logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Customer handling experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate work across different individuals or teams.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ability to operate within given timeframes.
- Basic understanding of application management.
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledge of MySQL and SQL Servers is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with service operations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Experience with tools like TFS and SharePoint is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of any programming language is beneficial.

- Enjoy working in teams spread across different countries and cultures.
