Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy highly available, fault-tolerant software to enhance features, reliability, performance, and efficiency for GENESYS Cloud/Pointillist.
- Collaborate with development partners to shape the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems, improving reliability, performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Design and implement major changes and new features using Java.
- Leverage AWS technologies to deliver solutions.
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive peer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve pain points and promote best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions as needed.
- Gain a deep understanding of Pointillist UI and development practices.
- Stay current with technology trends, conduct proof of concepts, and recommend the adoption of new technologies.
