Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and design advanced analytics solutions, including descriptive and predictive models, machine learning techniques, AI, and RPA.
- Monitor incoming data analytics requests, execute the required analyses, and distribute results efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and lead periodic data analytics meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration within the team.
- Develop, implement, support, and maintain protocols, standards, and documentation for data analytics processes.
- Analyze complex data to identify anomalies, trends, and risks, providing actionable insights to improve internal controls.
- Prepare detailed documentation and create analytic dashboards/reports to effectively communicate summarized results and analyses to stakeholders, with supporting details readily available.
- Address ad-hoc analytics requests and facilitate data acquisition to support internal projects, special initiatives, and investigations.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, driving efficiency, innovation, and best practices across the analytics function.
- Communicate data requirements and ensure global teams have access to the necessary information, understanding data relationships with business processes.
- Assist global teams in querying key systems to enhance their understanding of data within business processes.
- Participate in department leadership initiatives related to technology support, knowledge management, and tool usage.
- Prepare written summaries to accompany analytical results, maintaining clear and thorough documentation.
- Understand and communicate business requirements, collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
- Clearly explain data insights and results, demonstrating how they support project objectives and drive decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
- Internship or project experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
- Familiarity with database concepts for data acquisition, querying, and maintenance (e.g., MS SQL or similar).
- Experience in developing user-friendly, interactive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., is a plus.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their real-world applications and limitations is a plus.
- Experience in building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and transformations using tools like Databricks, Trifacta, etc., along with knowledge of cloud technologies, is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and concepts (e.g., regression, distributions, statistical tests), and practical experience with their applications is a plus.
Business Acumen:
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply business concepts.
- Develop analytics solutions using both technical and business domain knowledge.
Communication & Presentation:
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
