Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize specialized expertise to collaborate with Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to define detailed business requirements for the IT enablement of business needs, including interpreting issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
- Partner with S4HANA application and other teams to define strategic direction, determine business needs, and design and deliver technical financial solutions, including interpreting issues and recommending solutions or best practices.
- Lead the mapping of business requirements to optimal technical solutions.
- Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements.
- Drive blueprint design sessions and configure, test, and implement functional requirements in Supply Network Planning.
- Lead business meetings effectively.
- Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred but not required: Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in SAP system functionality with up-to-date technical knowledge, particularly the latest SAP APO release.
- Expertise in APO-Supply Network Planning, APO-ECC integration (SCIF), Distribution Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Planning, and GATP.
- Familiar with system aspects related to Master Data Core Interface.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues, stay organized, punctual, and methodical in approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment within a global organization, prioritizing tasks effectively in high-pressure scenarios.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously in fast-paced and complex environments, managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- Ability to stay aware of all relevant SOPs as per company policies for the role.
- Actively contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities to achieve target goals.
- Compliance with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times.
