Key Responsibilities:
- Achieves business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Operates with minimal supervision.
- Maintains daily work records by updating trackers or workflow tools as needed.
- Adheres to SOPs and manager’s instructions to ensure quality compliance in outputs.
- Contributes ideas for project improvement and operational excellence, as applicable.
- Provides timely responses to stakeholders regarding related tasks, following SOPs and defined SLAs.
- Proactively raises issues or alarms that may affect core deliverables or operations to the manager or stakeholders.
- Analyzes data to evaluate trends and patterns, recommending general patterns to be translated into rules.
- Demonstrates willingness to work with sensitive topics, including adult content, religious issues, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoots process-related issues and conducts root cause analysis when necessary.
- Possesses familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses advanced knowledge of Excel.
