Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to all customer queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve employee, customer, and shareholder metrics in line with established goals.
- Provide feedback on issues and recommend changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to ensure consistent quality service.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines at all times.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives within the directorate.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hiring Graduates/Undergraduates with 1-6 years of experience in customer service or contact center domains.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- High level of customer sensitivity, commitment, and service orientation.
- Strong result orientation.
- Ability to make independent decisions and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in voice support is preferred.
