Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for end-to-end business process testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand business processes and gather requirements for test automation.
- Execute and monitor automated test suites for regression testing, analyzing test results.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development of test strategies and test plans for Worksoft Certify projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Worksoft Certify to project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques for using Worksoft Certify.
- Stay updated with Worksoft Certify upgrades and new features to fully utilize its capabilities in testing.
- Manage and perform all Worksoft administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automated testing using Worksoft Certify for SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for test automation.
- Experience with integrating testing tools and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective automated test scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in complex SAP environments.
- Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Worksoft Certify certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality test automation solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new tools and techniques as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving complex software issues.
