Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- Review adverse media news (NNS) for MS clients.
- Ensure alerts are processed accurately and completed within the specified time frame.
- Identify, communicate, and address process breakdowns while sharing best practices.
- Act as a backup and take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Team Manager.
- Prioritize and proactively manage workflow to meet departmental service standards.
- Participate actively in team meetings.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to regional stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements to AML policies or procedures for continuous improvement in AML and Screening processes.
Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities, identifying root causes.
- Resolve reconciliation exceptions/discrepancies and document the resolution process.
- Validate that data integrity is maintained in client-facing displays.
- Assist the management team in developing metrics to track progress and completion of data analysis/reconciliation.
- Ensure that status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable.
- Assist the management team in enhancing metrics.
- Analyze operational and technology processes for gaps, inefficiencies, potential redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop trending reports and standard benchmarks for metrics, providing guidelines for identifying issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Operations, Technology, and Risk.
- Support the creation, modification, and review of test plans and test summary documents.
- Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress and completion of functionality testing.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation.
- Familiarity with 1099 and 1042-S reporting.
- Excellent written communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Adaptable to dynamic work environments and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate ownership and a sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues.
- Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
