Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with routine company law requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of pre- and post-meeting documents for board and general meetings, including drafting minutes and resolutions.
- Prepare and file routine and event-based e-forms with the Registrar of Companies.
- Prepare and update statutory registers for the company.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of FEMA provisions and assist with related filings.
- Track the applicability of various company law compliances for group entities.
- Assist in due diligence processes at various levels.
- Provide corporate secretarial support across multiple jurisdictions.
