Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering a delightful customer experience through clear and timely communication and support.
- Technical Solutioning: Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the integration of our products and services into their existing systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years in a technical role, preferably in customer-facing or solution engineering positions.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
