Key Responsibilities:
- Build dashboards and identify new key metrics to monitor team performance closely, while identifying both quick wins and long-term opportunities for improvement.
- Support the evaluation of business performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design, build, and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Take ownership of visual storytelling with data, mining business insights, and transforming those insights into actionable plans.
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms.
- Evaluate and enhance existing BI systems.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from various teams and assist in building necessary dashboards.
- Automate reports by optimizing the data query process.
- Ensure consistency in metrics and definitions across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or Technology.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to create scripts for data warehousing.
- Experience with any business intelligence tool, preferably Tableau, for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, with the capability to create complex reports effortlessly.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in Python with a solid understanding of statistical packages such as scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, pandas, and NumPy for data analysis.
- Strong structured, critical, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
