Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers and Pega Architects to develop high-quality deliverables across all project phases, from inception through user acceptance testing, enhancing business management for our customers.
- Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and testing the next generation of Pega products, helping revolutionize software development.
- Engage in hands-on development and testing of Pega Infinity industry frameworks, working remotely with the Pega team and focusing on customer success.
- Ensure customer success by effectively managing and delivering projects in various work environments, considering dynamics and timing.
- Partner with clients and business teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes, from requirements and design through to user acceptance testing.
- Utilize your educational experience to consult and influence client direction, promoting Pega best practices.
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring the delivered product is fully functional, meets business requirements, and exceeds client expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages, as per previous training.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Practical experience working on projects.
- Understanding of the Pega tool and its applications.
- Willingness to work with the Pega tool.
- Completed basic level Pega training.
Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to work in any role using the Pega tool.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, such as inheritance.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React.
