Key Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
- Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, costs, and profitability, and propose appropriate actions.
- Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 0-1 year of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Ability to manage order fulfillment, and collect and apply cash payments.
- Experience in identifying duplicate records in vendor invoice receipts, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of matching invoices, identifying errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing invoices, and reducing invoice aging.
- Experience being part of a team compliant with SOX regulations, ensuring documents are posted after due approval.
- Experience in handling manual and automatic payment requests, along with verification and payment run proposals.
- Solid understanding of processing Travel and Expense (T/E) claims and payments, resolving duplicate payments, recovering funds, and performing vendor statement reconciliations.
- Ability to handle queries through calls and email follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and various accounting principles.
- Ability to detect duplicate or erroneous records and take appropriate actions.
- Proficient in expense management.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with accounting terminologies.
- Experience in handling queries via calls and emails is highly desired.
- Ability to comprehend and process data, handle order fulfillment, and collect and apply cash payments.
- Follows procedures and is comfortable adapting to transformations within the business unit.
- Enjoys collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and innovative development with cutting-edge marketing trends.
- Ambitious individual who can work independently towards agreed targets/goals.
