Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your strong ML/DL/Statistics background to develop new and next-generation ML-based solutions to enhance the quality of ad recommendations and improve campaign performance using various optimization techniques.
- Mine and extract relevant information from Swiggy’s extensive historical data to ideate and identify solutions for business and customer experience problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and analysts on detailed requirements, technical designs, and the implementation of end-to-end inference solutions at Swiggy scale.
- Stay updated with the latest ML research in Ads Bidding algorithms and Recommendation Systems, and help adapt these advancements to Swiggy’s problem statements.
- Publish and present your work in both internal and external forums to audiences ranging from technical experts to laypersons.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 0-2 years of industry or research lab experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first principles.
- In-depth, hands-on experience in applying ML/DL and statistical techniques to business problems.Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and TensorFlow.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with ‘big data’ and deploying ML/DL models to production.
- Experience in the e-commerce and logistics space is a significant plus.
