Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, customize, and integrate Odoo-based business applications with various internal and external systems.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous enhancements to existing solutions to effectively support business processes and functions.
- Apply strong expertise in the Odoo framework and programming knowledge across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analyze business requirements from a techno-functional perspective and propose the most suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with solutioning teams and business stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure alignment with shared objectives.
- Design and build reusable libraries and frameworks to support large-scale, complex web platforms and applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2+ years of experience as a Python developer on the Odoo platform (versions 15, 16, 17, or 18), along with strong expertise in the Odoo framework.
- Possess hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, SQL queries, and front-end technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript-based UI frameworks.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to contribute creative, out-of-the-box solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with proven experience in analyzing complex systems, along with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly in documentation and communication.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to business stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience with security standards, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and object modeling using relational databases.
- Be proficient in using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Have practical experience with JIRA and a good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess experience in DevSecOps practices and implementation.
- Hold relevant Odoo certifications.
